I’m delighted to share something very close to my heart: my new book, The Trail Within, is now available!
What began as a 120-mile journey on the Appalachian Trail—including 70 miles trekked alone—became something far greater than a physical adventure. The trail challenged me, humbled me, and invited me to listen more deeply to the wisdom within.
The Trail Within is a story of courage, self-discovery, and the four qualities that carried me forward: Presence, Grace, Gratitude, and Grit. Although the story unfolds along the Appalachian Trail, you don’t need to be a hiker to recognize its deeper journey. We all encounter uncertain paths, unexpected obstacles, and moments when we must decide whether to turn back or take one more step.
My hope is that this book inspires you to reflect on your own journey, trust your inner strength, and embrace whatever trail is calling you next.
