We have been productively engaged in meaningful, satisfying, and joyful activities this Summer. We participated in Full Moon walks, continued with our Saturday walking group hikes, completed a very successful and highly rewarding trip in Nepal, lead 4 Booster sessions for the Women- In-Power Program, getting ready to hike the Appalachian Trail (AT) over the July 4th weekend with six wonderful women. Additionally, we have an incredible hiking, biking, horseback-riding and exploration trip planned to Bryce and Zion for September 2026—which is all sold out at this time. But do not despair, we have and planned our next exciting international trek—the Via Alpina East Trek in the Swiss Alps for July 2027, and there are still spots left. In terms of our empowerment programs, the Women-In-Power Program 2, where we will engage with the guidance of the Venus sequence, in heart opening and relationship issues, will commence in August 2026. It is guaranteed to be transformational and life enriching! You can read about all of these activities in the newsletter. I do hope that you will enjoy it, and consider participating in some, many, or all of these soul fulfilling and spirit uplifting programs. Oh, yes, and I will appreciate your positive energies as I am solo hiking 250 miles on the Appalachian Trail (after July 4th), possibly with a friend joining me the last week of July.
Reflections on the Annapurna Trek, Nepal, May 2026
In May 2026, I had the privilege of co-leading a team of 10 adventurers on the legendary 110-mile Annapurna Circuit Trek through the heart of the Nepal Himalayas. Many of you have followed our journey through my Facebook posts, and you can also experience highlights of the trek through the videos, photos, and stories.
What unfolded was far more than a trek. Together, we crossed the breathtaking Thorong La Pass at nearly 18,000 feet and accumulated over 36,000 feet of ascent throughout the journey—an elevation gain greater than the height of Mount Everest itself. While the physical challenge was immense, it was the personal transformation that made the experience unforgettable.
From the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the Nepali people to the exceptional leadership of our lead guide and the unwavering support of his team of assistant guides and porters, every step reminded us of the power of community, resilience, and human connection. Surrounded by the awe-inspiring Annapurna Massif, with its rugged peaks soaring into the sky, we found ourselves humbled, inspired, and forever changed.
The trek reinforced a profound truth: the ultimate summit is not found on a mountain—it is found within ourselves. Each of us is climbing personal mountains every day, facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and discovering strengths we never knew we possessed. Yet few experiences offer the transcendent beauty, perspective, and life-changing impact of the Annapurna Circuit.

Zion and Bryce Canyon Hiking and Outdoor Adventures
Our Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park adventure may be sold out, but we are excited to share a glimpse of this incredible journey. These two iconic national parks are renowned for their breathtaking landscapes, dramatic canyons, soaring cliffs, colorful rock formations, and diverse ecosystems. Along the way, participants will discover the region's rich cultural history while enjoying unforgettable outdoor experiences, including hiking, horseback riding, jeep tours, and more. Via Alpina (Swiss Alps) East: Summer 2027

General Information: Start at Zurich, end at Grindelwald and complete the 98-mile trek over 11 days in the gorgeous Swiss Alps. Luggage will be transferred between overnight accommodations. The trip is rated moderate to strenuous, so you must have a level of physical fitness to endure trekking over mountains for ~ 8 hours per day, and for 9 days.
Date: 20 July – 31 July 2027

The estimated cost of the trek is approximately $3,827 per person (excluding airfare and travel insurance), based on double occupancy with another member of our group. One night of the trek will be spent in a traditional co-ed mountain hut with shared sleeping quarters and shared bathroom facilities.
The itinerary also includes two scheduled rest days (after Day 4 and Day 7), giving everyone an opportunity to recover and enjoy the spectacular alpine scenery.
To make the most of this incredible adventure, I plan to offer two extensions:
Pre-Trek: Arrive one day early for an overnight stay in Zurich before the trek begins.
Post-Trek: Stay an extra night in Grindelwald after completing the trek and visit the magnificent Jungfraujoch, home to Europe's highest railway station and some of the most breathtaking views in the Swiss Alps.
Reaching Jungfraujoch is easy via the Eiger Express tricable gondola and the Jungfrau Cogwheel Railway. Transportation to Jungfraujoch is expected to cost approximately CHF 300 per person.
These pre- and post-trek extensions are not included in the base trip price and will incur additional lodging and transportation costs. To ensure a personalized experience, this adventure is limited to just 10 participants.

Women-In-Power Program 2
We had an excellent Women-In-Power Booster Session, the last one of four last night (06/23/2026), and I am sure those in attendance will wholeheartedly agree that the discussion and realizations were incredible. One participant mentioned that they experienced an “epiphany” during the session. How wonderful! Truly, how fascinating to experience how the Gene Keys are unlocking knowledge of transformation when prioritizing time to contemplate the meaning of our shadows, gifts, siddhis, lines and pathways.
So, the Activation sequence was all about you! About your Life's Work, your Evolution, your Radiance, and your Purpose. This was an opportunity to experience how you show up, amidst your shadows to realize, reveal, and engage with your Genius. This was an opening to understanding that your work (or behavior) is more about undoing – breaking the addictions, stop escaping, not giving in to distractions or interferences, stop playing small, stop being "deaf", avoid the chaos that immobilizes you, or recognize the superficial or chaotic or half-hearted actions. How incredible to become aware of, engage with, and then accept the shadow through contemplation and pausing. The integration – where your shadows unlock the gifts, is the next step so you can recognize, celebrate and share your unique gifts to better serve yourself and the world.
Now we are transitioning to the Venus Sequence—and how beautiful she is. It is all about the heart, about LOVE, about how you show up in relationships and again identifying the shadows that are stifling you, the core wound that is making you defensive, and the incredible opportunity to strengthen the quality of all relationships if you take the time to feel into these issues. I am excited to engage with all of you who have already registered—and really want to invite the rest of you to consider doing so now.
